Modern Daycare Playground Redevelopment

This project began with the full demolition of an outdated playground that no longer met safety or learning needs. In its place, we set out to design a vibrant, modern play environment that would inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in preschool-aged children.
To ensure the centre could continue operating safely, the redevelopment was completed in stages over six months. Working section by section allowed us to maintain secure play areas while transforming the space piece by piece.
Design Approach
Our design centred around creating a playground that was not only exciting and age-appropriate but also calming, safe, and supportive for young learners. Every element was chosen to help children explore, engage, and connect with each other.
